Review: Five First Dates

Wow did this book pack a punch! The minute Maddox hit the scene the tension was sky-high and never dropped. It was awesome! I couldn’t put this book down!

Savannah was happily living her life, taking care of her nine-month-old son Sully, until her younger brother’s best friend needed a place to stay in New York for a few weeks while he filmed a reality show about tattoo artists. When Maddox arrives he isn’t the adolescent that Savannah is expecting … he’s ALL grown up. AND flirting with her. She sets some boundaries – can’t be flirting with the live-in nanny! – and thinks everything will return to normal. She soon discovers that she wishes she was dating again, so she has her best friends set her up on first dates – it will be fun, right?

However, coming home to Maddox is getting harder and harder. He’s keeping the boundaries she set. He doesn’t even seem to mind. So why does that bother her so much?

Augh! The tension!! Yeah, you’re gonna want to just read this book…you don’t really need me to say more than it was awesome and you’re wasting time reading this when you could be reading Five First Dates. 😉

ABOUT THE BOOK

Every perfect rom-com has a twist that leads the heroine to her happily ever after.

Me? Somehow, in any room full of prince charmings, I always manage to find the one frog.

So this time, I’ve found my own twist. Four of my friends will each set me up. Four first dates. Four chances at my own happily-ever-after.

My brother’s best friend even offered to watch my baby while I’m out finding true love.

Only Maddox has sure grown up since I saw him last. The guy next door now looks more like the guy on a magazine cover. He’s inked and sexy. Muscular. Utterly irresistible. And… big.

Surely having a brother’s-friend-with-benefits won’t hurt my search for Mr. Right.

Especially if he’s my fifth first date…
