I’m a sucker for second-chance romances, so I have been looking forward to this one by Denise Williams as I’ve enjoyed her other books. Pearl and Cord both work in tech and when they met in the past they both chose to move forward in their career which took them away from each other. This time around, can things be different? I really enjoyed Pearl and Cord’s story! Williams’ characters have great depth to them, so it was easy to get drawn in and journey along with them.
