Review: What’s For Dessert

I love watching Claire Saffitz’s videos so I couldn’t wait to check out her dessert cookbook. She breaks down the items she keeps on hand in her kitchen, both appliances and ingredients. Each recipe has a difficulty rating and there are lots of easy recipes, so I felt right at home trying some!

I started out with her hot chocolate recipe, accompanied by her homemade marshmallows. Yum!! Perfect for a cool fall evening. So excited to dig deeper into this book and I’m already pondering what to try next.
